I hope the title explains what I'm asking and trying to do. And I
want to know how to change the order when I right-click a link or on
the body of a page since I many choices come up and use some features
more than others.

Hi Rich,
See "Menu Editor" https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/710

I have additional notes here
http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/firefox/firefox.htm#menueditor

a bit out of date on actual arrangements and my own extensions
but this is specifically for Menu Editor
the part at top with gray background is close to what I have for
right-clicking on a link, as it was done 1-2 weeks ago. The rest
of the page is basically as it was 2 years ago.
