Lightning 1.0Pre - Add Event Military Time Only?

When adding a new event, the time slots are in military (24 hr) time,
not the am/pm. I don't see a way to change this is Preferences...

Are all European 'militarists' ?? I think the 24h format is the 'EU'
format!
There seems to be more than 'US' am/pm, or ..

Dan,

I haven't seen a way to change this. And, yup, the 24hr system isn't
the "military" system per se. A lot of regions in the world employ it
for civilian & non-civilian alike.

I'm using Linux here, and I do see the am/pm time format in Lightning.
Not 100% sure why, but I believe Lightning follows the setting of the OS
for time display.

I don't think that is the issue; I have 24hr settings on my system.
