All day event - length max 1 day and can't be edited

The topic says it all: new all day events can't be set for more than 1 day. Changing the other date changes the other to allow only one day length.
And, length of any previosly created events (which can be longer), can't be edited.
For example I have a 4 day event which I want to edit to start a day later. Changing start changes automatically the end date to keep the 4 day length.
