I have several email addresses. Address "A" is the default for "Create a
new message" in TB. When I "Invite Attendees" to an event, Address "B"
is the default, and cannot be changed. Is there a setting to change the
default address for Invite Attendees?

It's the address you specified when creating the calendar.
