Starting 0.7 the location of the Today's Pane has been changed. I found the
new location makes TB very crowded. I much prefer the old location,
underneath the mailboxes. Is there anyway to make the location configurable?
Currently or in the planning. I am reluctant to use the current pane because
it takes up so much screen real estate

I agree, but I'm happy enough to use the shortcut key, ctrl + D to show
and hide the Today Pane.

I'm very fond of the new Today's pane, but understand it's a strain
for lower resolutions. The task list is one of the first I've found
practical to use, and have actually started to use it.

One thing that I'm really missing is the mini-calendar being visible
on the Mail side. I was very dependent on that, as my mail is usually
visible so I can use the calendar as a quick reference. I've been
searching for a way to turn it on in the new pane, but can't find a
way so I assume it's gone. Please, bring it back.

even on my 1280x1024 desktop...

I also would like it back where it was. My screen is too small to have
it in the new position, but I also want it 'always there' (I.e. rather
not toggle it with ctrl-d).
Positioned under the email folder list was ideal.
Is there an option somewhere to move this back?

Me too! The right-hand pane takes up too much real estate and I miss
the mini calendar.
