Hello,

Im using Thunderbird v2.0.0.23 with Lightning v0.9 on a Win XP machine.
I have 2 email accounts being used and I would like to be able to send
out event invitations from either account. Is there any way to specify
which SMTP server or email account should be used when sending out an
event invitation? Even if its in some config file, as long as it can be
done somehow, Ill be happy.

Thanks,
Steve

Just to clarify...

If account1 is the default account and I want to send an event
invitation from account2, with each account using different SMTP
servers, the invitation is sent out via account1. This occurs even if
the focus is currently on account2.

Thanks,
Steve

Switch to calendar mode. Double click the calendar entry in the left
sidebar to open the properties dialog for the calendar. Select the
email account associated to the calendar.

How would this work with event invites from others? I'm using
Thunderbird 3 RC2 and Lightning 1 (nightly build) on Mac OS X.

I noticed that when I reply to an event it always sends the response
using my first email account rather than the account that received the
invite.
