When I was using 'Outlook' I had 'Outlook Today' appear on the screen each
day at start up - this was very useful as it reminded me of the day's
activities.
Is it possible to have Sunbird do the same thing?
And if so - how?
I think that Sunbird is a much better calendar than Outlook.

Are you using Thunderbird, too?
Lightning (extension for Thunderbird and Seamonkey) has a today-pane,
I'm unsure about Sunbird right now...

I am using Thunderbird but run Sunbird separately.

I am trying to find the way to let Sunbird appear on the screen at
start-up so that I can check my day's work etc.

It seems you are using Windows. Just copy the Sunbird link into your
Autostart folder to start Sunbird together with Windows.

To always view the upcoming events I'd enable the "Find Events"
list, set the filter to "Today's Events" and sort the events by "Start".
