Please Select a Calendar that Supports Tasks??

I have only one calendar and it's 'selected'. Unfortunately I can't
create a task! Tried everything, even got the task button to illuminate
at one point but clicking it did nothing. Most of the time its greyed out.

Ohh yeah.. lighting 0.9 on vista

Are you using Google Calendar? Google doesn't support tasks in
Google Calendar therefore you can't create them in Lightning. You
need an additional calendar that supports tasks, e.g. a local one.
