Bugzilla setup - Getting error "TEST-FAILED Fetch of images/padlock.png failed"

Hi Bugzilla Support Group,


I have completed Bugzilla installation on Fedora Linux server (on AWS).


Perl, Apache, MySql are all installed and the configuration is completed as well.


But I am getting the following issue when I am running the command "./testserver.pl http://serverip address/bugzilla"


Issue:

TEST-OK Webserver is running under group id in $webservergroup.
TEST-FAILED Fetch of images/padlock.png failed
Your web server could not fetch http://serveripaddress/bugzilla/images/padlock.png.
Check your web server configuration and try again.

Also, when I am trying to access Bugzilla from browser (http://serveripaddress/bugzilla), I am getting 404 error.

Please help fix this issue.

You posted on a Saturday. Now it's only Monday.
"Check your web server configuration and try again" by looking at the
log files of your webserver software for any potential errors listed.
Then fix them.

There is some error in your config, you need to double check things
like paths and such and compare them with the docs.

Keep in mind that it was weekend and your mail might not be received
by all readers at the same day. I for example received it today for
whatever reason.
