I am not able to view graph in Bugzilla 3.6.2

Hi had installed bugzilla 3.6.2 on my desk and also configure
successfully but i am not able to view graphical report, it given some
run checksetup.pl file. but when i run this file it open in notepad.
so how can run this file.

It gives error as follows :
Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and

were doing at the time this message appeared.

The Graphical Reports feature is not available in this Bugzilla. If
you would like to enable this feature, please run checksetup.pl to see
how to install the necessary requirements for this feature.

You need to specify perl as the "interpret", like "C:\Perl\perl.exe c:\bugzilla\checksetup.pl"
That will allow checksetup.pl to run properly, but the actual fix is to include the perl in your system path

I am having the same issue. I have made sure that perl.exe is
interpreting. What else should I check?
