When creating a new bug in a local installation of bugzilla I get:

send it to xxx with details of what you were doing at the time this
message appeared.

It seems that data is enterd to my local mysql db just before this
error appears on the web client.
Any ideas?
I have a CentOS 5.3 64bit installation and encountered the same
problem.
Any luck in solving it?
Tibi
I have the same problem and this is not problem of post_bug.cgi, but
show_bug.cgi. Bug is successfully stored in db. See thread with subject
"error on show bug page". There is also solution.

CGI-3.21 doesn't work.
Download (manually) CGI-3.45 from CPAN and install. This should fix your problem.
I have also read posts that indicate CGI-3.33 works.

I have p5-CGI.pm-3.47 (on FreeBSD) and still have this problem.
If you have installed Bugzilla 3.4.2 or 3.2.5, you should see that CGI
3.47 is blacklisted. The last CGI version to work correctly is 3.45, as
repeated many times in other threads.
