Connect failed :IO::Socket::INET: connect: timeout

Hi!

When I am submitting a new/old bug I am getting the following error:

Connect failed :IO::Socket::INET: connect: timeout at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.18.2/Email/Send/SMTP/TLS.pm line 45.

I am using multiple instance in this Bugzilla.

You are requested to please help to solve this issue.

You most likely have some network related problem whenever sending
mails. So check your firewall, routing, DNS... Try to reproduce the
problem with some other mail client using the same server like
Bugzilla does, from the same host.
