I have the following issue, which need to be resolved as soon as
possible:

Example:

User A is bug assignee for few bugs of Product A(Component A).
&
User A is default cc for few bugs of Product A(Component B).
&
User A logged few bugs in Product A(Component A, B & C).

As User A need to be shifted to another product, his permissions with
Product A are transferred to Product B.

Expected, he should not be able to search the bugs in Product A, but
he is able to view the bugs of Product A to which he is related to as
an Assignee or CC or Reporter.
Though he is having a role on these bugs, due to security of the
project information, user A should not be able to receive any more bug
mails of Product A and also should not be able to see those bugs in
search results.

How to resolve this issue?

So you want user A to be able to see the bugs as individual bugs, but
not see them in search results or get bug mail for them? That's very
weird. Bugzilla doesn't support that. Either he can see the bugs or he
can't. There's no half-way.
