installing Bugzilla locally.

I have done the same what you have written:
Locally i am able to do work on bugzilla.
Configure database on server.
Put bugzilla folder in my domain
Checked that cgi and perl files are running or not there - running.
Now the problem is:
But when i am trying to access bugzilla through my weburl it is
showing an error message:
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete
set of HTTP headers.
my weburl is: http://www.darshan3d.com/bugzilla/index.cgi
we have other perl and cgi files in this domain for test purpose, all
of them are working fine except bugzilla files.
Could you please help me, why i am getting this error?
Thanks
Manish
