Creating Parent and child bugs

We have a need to create a bug request for multiple versions of the software , however we want separate tickets for each version so that each can have its own workflow and assigned to separate developers but all connected under a parent ticket.
Please suggest a best approach for this.

the first bug for your first version and clone that to all other
versions or create some managing bug outside of your concrete project
and make all other for your project and version depend on that.
