Where are the Attachments files < 1MB located?

I cannot find where these files are stored. Is there a default location?

By default files are stored in the database in the table
"attachments", else the "data/attachments" folder in the Bugzilla
installation directory is used. Depends on your settings for
attachments in the admin UI.

That depends on your used database, search for terms like "export
blob" in combination with your database.
