How to add new status fields for bug workflow

Hello.

I use 4.2 but I can not find out how I can add new status fields for the bug workflow.

I found the matrix where I can define the steps, but I want a bigger matrix, more steps (and possible also re-label the existing ones if possible)

Can you tell me how to do that or point me to the correct documentation for this. I have not found it in the manual.

You need to do it in two steps:

Step 1 : Go to editvalues.cgi?field=bug_status and add/delete/rename the names
of the different status.
Step 2 : Go to the editworkflow.cgi and customize the matrix.

Ah, that seems to do the trick.

Is there a link to this page that I've missed or is it "hidden" by obscurity by default?

The link is available via the interface:
1. go to "Administration" (top or bottom panel link)
2. from an overview page go to "Field Values"
3. you'll see a table "Edit field values for..." — click on "Status"
