Reps KPI dashboard

Hey everyone,

Just a heads up over an important new feature in Reps portal. During
the last release [1] we deployed a KPI dashboard [2]. The goal is to
present the three major metrics on the program (People, Events,
Activities) and filtered by the most important characteristics
(Coutnry, Category, Initiative).

On the technical front, complete API endpoints were written on the
backend, serializing all the data necessary for the frontend UI. On the
frontend all graphs and filtering is done my D3 javascript magic :)
