Upcoming initiatives for the Reps Portal

Hi friends of the Reps Portal,

Lots of ideas for the Reps Portal were discussed at ReMo Camp earlier
this month! Today I got more information from Rosana about these
initiatives and their priorities.

Current initiative: Launch action items on the dashboard
- Rosana and I suggest we launch this to *all* Reps, which will help us
get more feedback and make better enhancements

Next initiatives In order of priority:

1. Create initial Key Performance Indicators (KPI) charts
- Specs: https://remo.etherpad.mozilla.org/kpis

2. Create a first iteration of Impact Score
- Specs will be created in the next 2 weeks
(Rosana/William/Pierros/Nukeador are creating a first draft)

3. Move the budget requests process to the portal
- Draft specs: https://remo.etherpad.mozilla.org/budget-redesign-proposal
- Rosana added feedback to these specs today

4. Automate the Rep of the Month selection
- Tasos/Nemo, have specs been created?

Hi,

Another thing we should talk about is how do we coordinate changes
approved by Council that involve portal changes and the current roadmap
for the portal.

I've created a label on Reps trello board
<https://trello.com/b/aqQ8cgqz/mozilla-reps> to identify changes that
involve portal, and we should see how once these changes are approved we
can coordinate with you in order to incorporate them into the roadmap.
