Releases - From 452 to 464

Hello ReMo portal friends,

It's been a while since our last communication and for that you have our
sincere apologies.
Although we have been quiet and a lot has changed the last few months, the
good news is, that we have been busy taking care of our beloved portal.

In order to keep this email readable, I am not going to list all the bugs
that were squashed since our last email. Instead, here is smaller list of
the most important changes that happened during this time:

* KPIs: https://reps.mozilla.org/dashboard/kpi/
* A new shinny API to accompany KPIs - this is still work in progress
https://reps.mozilla.org/api/beta/
* Upgrade to recent versions of JQuery and BrowserID
* We are now using the Bugzilla REST API for fetching our budget requests
into the portal.
* Events can be filtered by attendance.
* Improvements in availability settings.
* A dedicated page for our Alumni users.
* Mentors can now nominate mentees for the ROTM and vote on the portal.
* Lots of improvements in all our major apps (voting, events, reports and
profiles).

For anyone interested in digging into each release, you can consult and
query our favorite Bugzilla.
Here [0] you can find some of the bugs that went live yesterday.

Moreover, the WebOps team has built us a new cluster! The migration of all
our servers is completed successfully - thanks :jakem! Frequent voters and
event owners may have noticed that some action items are duplicated.
Probably, this is just a small hiccup from the migration. You can monitor
the whole transition in this bug [1].

Last but not least, we would like to thank Yash,

for their contributions in our code base along with all the contributors
that we might have missed, for helping make the portal better.
