Release 438 is out the door!
These are the commits landed in production:
[bug 1026962] Update comment msg from remobot.
[fix bug 1048132] Allow multiple users as Featured Rep.
[bug 1048132] Delete foreign key to User from FeaturedRep table.
[bug 1048132] Migrate featured_rep users to m2m table.
[bug 1026956] Extend polls with no majority decision for 24 hours.
[fix bug 1026962] Display a comment with a user's vote on a budget poll.
Fix failing tests on comment voting.
[Fix bug 1038600] Make URLs clickable in automated poll pages.
Added links to Reps Portal and BMO
[fix bug 1038644] Change the color of the edit voting button to grey.
[fix bug 1022393] Do not send inactivity notifications to unavailable users.
[Fix bug 1044790] Fix user availability form submission.
