Release 448 and 449

Hello ReMo portal friends,

This week we had not one but two releases! Specifically release 448 was
pushed on our production environment on Tuesday and today we released
version 449.

Specifically release 448 includes the following bugs and commits:

* [bug 1104629] Do not resolve newly created action items. Also with this
bug an action item will be created for every needinfo flag in all the
components under the Mozilla Reps product in Bugzilla.
* [bug 1115121] Align left the event name in mobile version.
* [bug 1115129] Use different fonts for selected item in navigation menu
for the mobile version of the site.
* [bug 1115669] Tag old events in 2014 with new metrics.
* [bug 1115671] Change text in email template for mentor reassignment.
* [bug 1061418][bug 1068092] Change the event owner when cloning an event.
* [bug 1113614] Add timestamps to events model.
* [bug 1113708] Set the first year in the drop-down menu to the current
year.
* commit c2d55d7531 Display timestamps in admin interface for the events
app.
* commit 0781ab7b78 Filter users by registration_complete flag in /admin.
* commit 0faa46f69db Add read-only field 'times_edited' in admin interface
for the events app.
* commit a18b6225d4 Convert bug_id to integer in fetch_bugs.

Release 449 was launched today in order to address a security issue in the
Django framework [1].
With this release we switched to the Long-Term Support 1.4.18 version until
we lay the groundwork to update to the latest stable version of Django. You
can track this effort through this bug [2].
