New round of nomination for Reps Mentors

Hello Mentors,

Like you know we started a training for Reps Mentors in Coaching skills.
That training begun with 11 new Mentors. But now we want to make it
available for current Mentors that want to improve their skills.

We think that these skills are necessary for all Mentors, and will be
the future for the system, because we want that Mentor-Mentee
relationship change from the current one to a relationship based on
personal goals and personal and team development.

Right now, the commitment is easy, if you want to participate in the

Hello Mentors,

We'd like to remind everyone about the Coaching training. There are
currently 9 Mentors signed up for it, and we'd like to aim for 20 for this
round. The applications are open until tomorrow, 7th October, 23:55 UTC.

We can't stress enough how important the Coaching training is. This is part
of the next evolution of Reps, and we're expecting all Mentors to undergo
this training.
