Hello Folks,

With the Summit updates, Keon phone distribution, and events happening all
over the globe, this is a busy time for us Mozilla Reps. We are really a
passionate group and we are very enthusiastic when it comes to supporting
Mozilla and its contributors, paid or otherwise.

But I personally would like to remind everyone that communicating
appropriately-- with respect and consideration-- is expected of every
Mozilla Rep.

Yes, we are very diverse and communication can be tricky sometimes, but I
believe that using an excessively hostile tone to express one's self has no
place in our communication channels. We have the right to express ourselves
freely, but we also have the responsibility to respect our peers and act
appropriately.

We do not have any specific sanctions for inappropriate communication, but
I think it is fair to expect that Mentors and Council Members will step in
to address the situation and decide on the proper course of action, harsh
as it may sound.

We've all thrived while collaborating and communicating with respect, and
as Mozilla Reps, I believe we should all work together to keep it that way.
