budget approval table - an update may be needed

Hi,

I read the budget approval table:

I found a line for a "Drumbeat event" there. As far as I know, the
Drumbeat events were discontinued quite a while ago (a year, IIRC).
This probably means that this line should be removed from the
document, and maybe the rest of it should be refreshed, too.

Also, if I recall correctly, some info was collected from the
community recently about various things that can and cannot be
approved in budget requests. Was that processed into some final
policy?

Indeed, Amir. Good point!
In fact, the entire Reps-wiki has a lot of backdated data in many places
(since we made & started using the Reps Portal for many things - but that
ain't no place for documentation), so there might be a docsprint required
to sort that part out.

Mentors, I encourage discussions around it, for the updating/deprecating of
parts of the swag-budgets, and of course, the other pages in the Mozilla
Reps wiki-pages.

It sure can be discussed in the council & an action can be taken - but with
so many awesome Mentors around, it'll be a shame for Council take the
wheel. So, someone on you please take the driving seat & move this forward
(or just do it collectively) - council will provide the information
required & conflict resolution support (if required) as much as possible.
