Hi Henrik!

Yes, William Q is in the process of solidifying this, but the intent (as of
now) is to have this at late Q2 to early Q3. This could still change with
the Mozilla Summit activities though, so I'd recommend waiting for the
official word on this.

This piece of info is based on very preliminary discussions done a month
ago, with little regard to the other activities being planned. This is will
be discussed for sure in the next Council meeting for sure.

It's best to follow the upcoming Council update, which will be next week.

apologies for the delay in updating everyone on the ReMo Camp dates and location but it's precisely because we have a series of large contributor events in June and July and I'm trying to wrap my head around them to avoid overlap.

Mentors,

After juggling with lots of (im)possible dates, especially now with the high level of activity around the Summit and FX OS launches, the only window that seems to work somewhat is from Friday August 9th to Sunday August 11th (with travel days on Thursday and Monday). Council members will be asked to arrive one day earlier, so their travel day will be Wednesday August 7th.

In terms of location, the top three contenders at this point are Berlin, Madrid or Istanbul.

First, we need to finalise the date. If the above date does not work for a large number of you, we'll possibly have to consider organising two "mini-ReMo Camps" at two different dates.

Given the fact that doing ReMo Camp 2013 in August poses some logistical problems (given that it's the height of the tourist season in Europe and that a lot of meetup venues are closed), I'd like to suggest a second another option for dates for ReMo Camp 2013 (July 5-7).

Please can you ALL answer this new doodle survey: http://doodle.com/hyaydxkesk3qy8nh. And if you haven't answered the first survey [1], please do it now as well.

Doing ReMo Camp 2013 in July or August will be far from ideal, regardless, but at this point, we're trying to figure out the least worst solution, given the logistical constraints I mentioned above.

Hopefully, we'll be able to make a final decision by Monday.

Oh man... I didn't see that on our event calendar so I assume we were free.

In any case, I think Madrid is one of the places suggested for this
Camp, maybe it's compatible if we don't have a booth.

Hello,

I think it would be beneficial for more Mentors to have it before the
Summit-- It would be an opportunity to align with current activities and it
would be too late if we were to have it in November.

Given how busy we all are, I think it would be reasonable to expect
everyone to do some prioritization.
