Nominate Rep of the month

Hi Mentors,

It is that time of the month again!
Please take some time to add the nominations for the Rep of the month.
This is a great way to highlight and recognize some of the great work
accomplished by Reps the month of December.

Please note that as a Mentor you can nominate any Rep and not
just your mentees. This can be done easily in the profile of each user.
Nomination period ends on the 10th of December UTC.
