Hello council

As we Agreed, I prepared a spreadsheet containing all mentors/council
proposals for the reimbursement list.

Your vote is required to set up a final list that reps can follow to
prepare their budget requests.

In few minutes you will receive an email that guarantee access to the
docuement! If you have any problem with please contact me :)

Note 1: This document will be closed NEXT MONDAY! you will have 4 days to
vote!
Note 2: There are 4 possibilities for the vote: Yes, No, 0 = abstention and
+ which mean I have a better proposal that you can add in a comment.
