Budget Request for Arabic Meetup 2012

Hey all,

Although we are working on this for 4 weeks now, it is now that we
have the almost final budget request.

It is a solid proposal by proven Reps and makes a lot of sense to keep
the momentum going in the region.
We are talking aprox 9000 USD for 20 people. (flights are the most of it)

+1 from me :) Let's please decide on this asap as we are almost 5
weeks in advance.
