Hi Council,

This is Biraj Karmakar, Mozilla reps from India, Through out the recent
situation, I would not like to stay under my reps mentor Sayak Sarkar.
First of all, I have understood that Sayak's has not so much time to take
care of my work. I can assure you all, that always I am trying to conduct
the event with in low budget and try to make it fruitful . I am requesting
you all please have a look on my previous activities and future activities.
I always believes in uniqueness. But I have understood that Sayak is not
supporting me in my work. He even don't have time to discuss and all.

If he supports me then I can do more as a Mozilla reps. I hope you
understand the situation. At last I would request to you, if possible
please assign Rajesh Ranjan as my new mentor. He knows me very well. I
know him also very well. I hope I can do more if he should support me.

Look forward to you kind reply :) Let me know if you have more questions.

Thank You

Biraj Karmakar

Hi everyone,

I would just like to support Biraj's request for change of mentor, and as
such, would like to consent to his request to move under the mentorship of
Rajesh. I've realized that Biraj is a special mentee who has special needs
and as such I feel that at the moment I'm not able to cater to all his
requirements as much as he might need.

I understand the fact that at times he requires immediate response to
queries, however, since at times I also need to travel to various places
with poor network connectivity for various events as well to attend some
official meetings from my day job, I'm unable to cater to his urgent needs
right at those moments. As such, as rightfully pointed out by him, I feel
that I'm not able to support his special requirements to the fullest extent
at all times, and I agree that he might benefit from having a more
supportive and helpful mentor.

Going by the fact that Biraj is already an awesome contributor to Mozilla
L10n, I think it only makes sense for him to shift under the guidance of
Rajesh Ranjan. As such, if it is ok with Rajesh and the council, I would
highly recommend the council to take the necessary steps in this regard. As
such, I wish Biraj all the very best in all his future endeavours, and may
this change help him grow further as an even more awesome contributor in
the future.

Regards,
Sayak
