Reps Regional Coaches

Hi council,

this email is to get you updated with the group about Reps Regional Coach.

Actually there was done only one meeting (the first) that started to
share their experiences as rep and issues in their country and a survey
of the coach for the community to coach.

With the help of Nuke we define a description and the requirements
during the meeting.

Init that doc was not so easy because was a different background (not a
WG with an huge list of questions) so probably need improvements and fixes.

Next the discussion is moved on GitHub to define the list of Regions
with countries but after few chat on it we chosen to stop it and try to
experiment on few regions to define better the activity/group itself
(the list is available on the doc anyway).

I created also the form to candidate for a self-nomination but not
shared to avoid many applications before it is ready (our unique meeting
we had an huge participation on the doodle of 12 people with an
availability of 8, never saw I think for a wg, but 3 people on the
meeting) and also because I received privately many requests about that
form, the link is in the doc anyway.

The doc contain also a list of first activities and also activities
suggested for the coach.

Actually a point not explained in the doc that the first coaches will be
probably the new group of reps mentors.
