Missing Council Meeting Notes

Oh hai council!
I have been catching up on stuff, and trying to find the most recent
Council Meeting notes, but i have found only the ones before Whistler WW on
the Wiki https://wiki.mozilla.org/Category:RemoCouncilMeeting
I cant find newer council notes for July, and to note that the last Council
notes posted on the mailing list and discourse date from May 27th.
Posting those notes publicly in wiki/discourse/list is really important to
keep council actions transparent to all Reps.
