Bonjour le conseil
This is a reminder that we will have our council meeting tomorrow at 3PM
UTC.
Looks this meeting coincides with the engagement call (3:30PM UTC if I'm
not wrong)
This is why we will start with the "voting topics" so Regnard and others
can join the call!
If this is not a good solution please inform me so we can find an other
time (We have 8 council members that are in favor of having our meeting in
Friday!)

Please, I will ask you again to have a look on the topics because we need
to be as informed as possible about the content of the topics we will vote!
This will make us avoid loosing time :)
PS: this meeting will be on IRC because I still at work at this hour so I
can't make a hangout. Sorry for that!
