As a Bugzilla freak that I am I saw that many of the already existing
requests do not contain the plan mentioned in the wiki criteria . Should we
add a new step on the main page?

Hi Ioana! I think it is already included in the Wiki. What we should do is to advise Mentors to strictly screen the requests of their Mentees for Keons, based on the guidelines.

Hi Ioana,

Please can you add all the sepecial cases related to the Keon phone
requests in this pad

Note also to all the council member :) if you find a request that don't
much to the precedure, made before we specified the SOP ... please add it
to this pad so we can treat it progressively!

For the moment as ROb said the mentors will review only the requests in
accordance with the procedure specified in the document

under criteria.
