Retiring from Comms-Reps

Hi Comms Reps,

It's been a while since I've contributed actively in Comms-Reps related
tasks. Also, with all the other engagements in Mozilla project, I find it
rather difficult to find time for this in particular.

So, it'll be better if I just retire from CommsReps & the related projects
(NeMo et al.). All my responsibilities have already been delegated, and
thus feel free to take down from the email-alias, list-membership as seems
fit.
