This RFC proposes moving still active repos from
https://hg.mozilla.org/build, and retiring that directory.
The RFC is in final-comment mode until Friday, meaning that we believe
there is agreement and would like to hear any objections before deciding to
proceed with implementation. Please speak up on the issue if you believe
we should not proceed as proposed.
