twistedmatrix highscores rate reviews higher than code

Hi,

just went through the 2-minute video at
http://pyvideo.org/video/692/2-twisted-matrix-high-scores, which had an
interesting tidbit, i.e., contributors get higher ratings for doing
reviews than for doing code.

Figured that'd be interesting for our contribution dashboards, if we're
not doing that already.

If you have thoughts about how to add this to the existing coding
contribution dashboard, feel free to add your thoughts to bug 729703
where we're talking to the Metrics team about dashboard enhancements.

Sorry about that. Metrics bugs default to closed I think since there
are issues with data that need to be reviewed before making something
public. I just asked in the bug if that bug could be opened up.
