Feature Request: Browser State Share.

Hi,
I would suggest a browser feature where a user can select some text and share the browser state via url in some way.
The recipient of this URL would automatically be scrolled to the text highlighted by the sender which would show up highlighted as well.
This would prove a great feature of study sites which provide long research contents as it would promote pin point sharing.
