Privacy Month Campaign - January 2017

Hello everyone ! A very happy new year :)

Today is the 1st of January, 2017. The official start to the Privacy Month
Campaign !

What?

The privacy month campaign is celebrated every year, throughout the month
of january by the Mozilla India Community and welcomes participation and
collaboration from all other Mozilla communities as well. This campaign is
observed as part of the International Data Privacy Day which falls on the 28th
of January.

The privacy month aims at educating people all over the world, about online
privacy and threats unknown to them in their online life. The campaign will
achieve this by conducting various events offline as well spreading
awareness online via various social channels.

Why?

Privacy is more than just a term and people need to understand its meaning
and impact it might have in their lives spent on the web. Talk to the
people around your and tell them why privacy matters. Help them protect
their personal information.
