A way to verify an application?

Hi,

I'm just wondering if there is a way to tell that a MOSS application was successfully received? Google Forms gave the usual 'Thanks' message, but without an email notification / copy of the application I'm slightly nervous it didn't save, or worse, didn't save in full.

We spent a long time on our application, and it's extremely important to us, so please forgive the paranoia :)

I would alos be in favor for sending a CC to the applicant.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've turned on the Google Forms feature to
collect email addresses and automatically send the submitter a copy of
their submission.
