Q1 2017 Deadline and past proposals

Is tonight the deadline? The Google Form is a little confusing because it talks about May 31st being the initial deadline for applications, but the Wiki says February 28, 2017. It would also be useful to know the timezone of the deadline.

Also, is there a way to access past proposals? It would be very helpful to read past successful proposals.

Sorry not to have got to this yesterday - yes, it was!

I've removed the confusing text from the form. (The initial round had a
deadline of May 31st last year.) The next deadline is April 30th, 2
months away (we are moving everything up a month to ease the end-of-year
crush).
