MDN Data Dashboard: Status and next steps

Hi Team :)

As you might know, in the next weeks I'll switch out from the MDN Durable
Team to help Ali implement the Developer Program (with a focus on Dev
Community) which is part of the developer Marketing plan for 2017. As a
consequence there are a few topics I need to pass along the team. Among
them there is the MDN Data Dashboard.

All the preliminary work is done with two elements: The people that should
be involved in the implementation of such a dashboard and the requirement
for the dashboard itself.

Kadir, Janet and Jean-Yves have full access to it, everybody else can
comment.

To implement the dashboard, and after discussion with the people in that
document

(Mozilla employees only), it appears that the best course of action is to
work with the IT team (Heather Crince, Josephine Tanumijaya, Shraddha
Patil) while keeping inform the Marketing Data team (Gareth Cull, Peter
German). If Bekon is the master tools for such needs in the Marketing team,
its cost model is hardly sustainable for the MDN team. As a consequence, it
looks like a better solution to invest in Tableau with the IT team. In any
case everything will be aggregated within the new Mozilla Data Collective
<https://mozilla.metricinsights.com/home> tool.

For the next steps, It is suggested to reach out to Heather Crince to
discuss with her about the exact process that needs to be followed with IT
to get things down. There is already a user story to move forward:

- #1420 As the MDN community strategist, I need community metrics to be
automatically collected so that I can use them to track success of my plan

There is some chance that when the exact process will have been defined it
will require that user story to be refined and split into more fine grain
sprint level actionable items.

I let Kadir to take over and to define with Janet when and how to move
forward with that. Of course I stay available for any question you could
