Zazzle is not brazilian, altough that link is of the brazilian version of
the site. I think zazzle prints on demand and part of the profit goes for
the user that uploaded the logo.
the user name is on the page of each product. I saw these:

seamonkeyproject
prem1980
ninjamuffin
Naud1234
GloriousEmporium

Any name rings a bell?
