Mozilla's participation in Reset The Net was just announced on the net policy blog:

https://blog.mozilla.org/netpolicy/2014/06/05/ensuring-a-more-secure-internet-reset-the-net-and-the-cyber-security-delphi/

Too late for the June 5 event, but this campaign is more than a one-time event.
