Jan-Erik Rediger is now a Telemetry peer

Since joining us, Jan-Erik has been doing different kinds of work on the
Firefox Telemetry module in the last months - from reducing our tech debt
to reducing the modules memory consumption and adding features like the new
multi-store.
I have now added him as an official peer to the wiki:
