Comments:
Using Mac OS X 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard) and when a Firefix page is
minimized into the Dock, if you try to un-minimize (maximize) the page
it just stays in the Dock and never comes forward. Second issue Firefox
Windows never come forward when you start using Firefox application
