We'd like to get some people testing this plugin before we put it up on the official wordpress plugins site.
When you install this plugin and activate it you can add a widget to the sidebar of your weblog with a download link for Firefox 3.5. The image shown depends on the browser being used - Firefox, IE, Chrome and Safari users all get different messages.
This has been tested on Wordpress 2.7.1 and Wordpress 2.8 and seems to work well. Please take it out for a spin ahead of the release. Installation instructions from readme.txt are at the bottom of this message. You shouldn't have to include an Affiliate ID in the widget panel.
Alex, is the Affiliate ID exposed anywhere in sfx where someone could fill it in? We talked about having that but I can't find it in the sfx interface.
Thanks to Mike Hostetler and his small company who put this together. He's cced so report issues that you find to the lists.
Thanks!

== Installation ==
1. Unzip the plugin into`/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the 'Widgets' menu under 'Appearance' in WordPress.
4. Add 'spreadfirefox' to a sidebar by clicking 'Add' next to the widget's name.
5. Click 'Edit' on the right hand side bar to edit the plugins options.
I'll take this for a test drive today.
Best, Paul

1. It seems like most widgets are left aligned, not centered so I've asked to move the images back to the left.
2. Add an "(optional)" to the widget description so people know that they don't need to have an affiliate id to use the widget.
