Screen Orientation API: draft specification and implementation

Hi,
I would like to inform you that the Screen Orientation API specification
draft has been updated after the discussion we had in dev-webapi:

In addition, I just landed (2 hours ago) an implementation of the API.
You should be able to try it on Android with the next Nightly.
If you have any comment about the specification, please send an email to
dev-webapi.
If you have any comment about the implementation, please file a bug and
CC me.
I put dev-b2g in CC because the B2G team might be interested to
implement a backend.
