Bookmarks no longer diverge on hg.mozilla.org

There was a longstanding bug with bookmarks replication on hg.mozilla.org
that resulted in "@<N>" bookmarks (e.g. "my-feature@1") being created if
you pushed a bookmark that diverged from its previous location. That bug
made bookmarks very user-unfriendly for many workflows. The bug has now
been fixed (bug 1268963).

I also audited for "@<N>" bookmarks and re-synced affected repos to remove
divergence. If you are CCd on this email, one of your user repos was
affected. Its bookmarks are now un-diverged. If you were working around the
bug by pulling from ssh:// instead of https://, you can now stop doing that.
