This is my new favorite example of UI design versus UX design:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=528871

Bad UI is forgetting to provide feedback, bad UX has a far more
environmental, emotional, and aesthetic quality to it. It's
remembering to provide feedback, but doing it in a way that draws a
direct analogy to actual shit!

These things issues often turn into a "personal preference" or "have a
sense of humor" debates, instead of recognition of actual principles
in play (in this case I guess the principle being that the user should
not experience fear or disgust). So in that sense watching the
progress of the bug might give us an interesting read on UX in the
deepest core of the Mozilla community.

Strange, but the first thing I thought when I looked at the screenshot
was "what sort of browser uses upside-down tabs?" ;-)
